- Limit your recreational screen time playing games, etc. to 2 hours or less.
- Get 1 hour or more of physical activity, from bike riding to playing catch to going swimming!
- Think before you drink! Aim for ZERO sugar-sweetened beverages – pick water over soda or juice without added sugar!
